Swap Meet Success
Borrowed Russell's truck, loaded it with diamonds in the rough and headed to the
Departure Bike Works swap meet in Chesterfield VA. It has been steadily growing for a few years and
proved to be worth the trip this year. We sold a bunch of goodies and picked up a few. It was the normal buy some sell some to support your hobby crowd. There were a lot of new faces as well. I guess I'm
like a lot of people, I am getting tired of the grey skies and rainy days. This little swap was a sure sign that Spring is coming. It's time to put the finishing touches on whatever winter projects that you may have. This little swap was just the right bit of inspiration to get me to handle a few of the things on my punch list.
Charlotte Auto Fair is just a few weeks away and I'm already grinding my teeth like a fiend.
Hopefully we will see you there with blue skies, warm days and small cool breezes.

Dropped spindle on the left and stock on the right.
Lincoln Brakes by MT Products on dropped spindles, 40 dropped axle, 34 wishbone, and Posie's Super Slider Spring. A great combination of new parts, old parts and ingenuity that will provide many years of service.
Good times
Making the best out of a busted bike and a hang over. It's not where you are, it's who you are with.
